Maria Moses
ASSOCIATE PARTNER – AGILE METHODOLOGIES & SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT LIFE CYCLE EXPERT
After earning a bachelor's degree in English literature and linguistics, Maria worked at Microsoft for eight years in a variety of roles. As a Linguistic Test Engineer in the Natural Language Group, she worked with technologies that enable speech recognition, hand-writing recognition, and search applications. Later, Maria moved to the MSN Internet Access group at Microsoft as a Program Manager where she ran projects for customer support tools and municipal WiFi Internet Access. While at Microsoft, Maria earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate and her Scrum Master certificate while gaining valuable experience in agile methodologies.
After Microsoft, she moved on to program and product management at FTI Consulting, building software for the e-discovery industry. She completed her MBA from Bainbridge Graduate Institute in June 2011, with a focus on sustainable business practices that emphasizes the triple bottom line: people, profit, and planet.
