Aaron has worked independently for a number of non-profits in Washington and Utah consulting on technology, media, social media, and donor relations. His consultation has included technology integration, education, design, development, and procurement. With a background in customer services and sales his contribution to the recruiting group of Maxsam Partners was a natural fit. His knowledge of technology services, media content creation and consumption allows for a confident placement of valued candidates. Additionally, Mr. Williams’ customer oriented nature fosters quality relationships with clients and partners. Aaron is currently studying for a Master in Information Systems (MSIS) with
aspirations to complete a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership degree (DM/IST). His long-term goals include Systems Management Executive roles for worldwide companies and NGOs.
